HONESTY -INTEGRITY - EXPERIENCE

My Pledge to You!

• I will be Honest in my abilities and communication to the residents.  Transparency builds trust.

• I will rely on my strong principles and personal code of ethics to bring Integrity and a positive environment for the residents when they are interacting with the Board.

• I will use my vast Experience and knowledge in local government to look at the best way of doing business, not just accept the adage "It's always been done this way". 

I'm not someone who over promises and under delivers.  I am action driven and have a proven record of results. The following is a list of concerns that I compiled while talking with residents.  Some of these items are easier to implement, others will take time.   

• The Escalating Budget 

• Budget Oversight - the lack of checks and balances

• Lack of budget information - no line items

• Conflicts of Interest 

• The Police Chiefs

• Town Meeting Information - difficulty in accessing information

• Traffic 

• Transparency

• Lack of Trust - appointments to Boards and Committees 

• Zoning - How it affects affordable home ownership

Now more than ever it is important to elect a candidate with experience that will be able to transition quickly into the role.
